Sobald eine Bestellung in unserem Onlineshop getätigt wurde, überprüfen wir die Zahlung manuell. Deine Bestellung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Zahlungseingang von uns bearbeitet. Die Lieferung innerhalb von Deutschland erfolgt in den meisten fällen innerhalb von 4-5 Werktagen. Alle Sendungen innerhalb Deutschland werden versichert mit DHL als Paket versendet.

Versand innerhalb Europa nicht mehr als 11-15 Tage
Versand außerhalb Europa nicht mehr als 30-40 Tage

Purchase & Delivery 
When you complete a purchase on our site, we manually capture your payment. Afterwards we do an automatic review of your credit card statement to avoid any fraudulent payments. We then review your information, and within 24 hours of capturing your payment have the purchased product shipped. Delivery time depends on the location of the buyer. Our warehouses are placed in Germany, and therefore customers placed within Germany receives their product no longer than 4 days after purchase. If you are placed outside of Germany, but within Europe delivery time is no longer than 11 days. If you are outside of Europe (USA, Australia, Asia etc.) delivery time varies from region to region, but will never exceed 30-40 days from purchase date.
